I, and several others are working on creating a Doctor Who Social Network.
We’ve already got control of Tumblr, yes, but wouldn’t it be nice for us to have a network of our own?
Harry Potter fans have MuggleSpace, and by the end of the year, I want us to have
Allons-y!: The (Unofficial) Doctor Who Social Network
(and before you mention it, yes, the ‘y’ should be a lower case.)
The point of Allons-y! is not to try and overtake Tumblr’s Doctor Who fanbase, but to create a site dedicated soley to it.
At the moment, Allons-y! is a very, very bare-bones site. But it can’t improve until it has members, telling us what works and what doesn’t.
And this, Tumblr, this is what I’m asking you.
Please join.
Joining will help us make this site a better one, hopefully someday able to even link up with Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter and whatever other social network you’re using.
And no, I’m not sure why I’m suddenly addicted to bolding my font.
